Even at a very young age Annalee knew she wanted to be a real estate agent. No doubt influenced by her father, a successful commercial real estate broker in Nashville, Annalee took many steps throughout her schooling to follow that dream. While attending Auburn, she enrolled in every Real Estate course offered by the university and worked part time as an agent’s assistant to a top producing Lee County Realtor. From there, her and her now husband moved to Birmingham where she continued learning. Since she was not a Birmingham native, she wanted to know as much as she could about the market before taking on the duty of helping people with one of the largest financial decision of their lives. Annalee realizes how important that is and thus, doesn’t take her responsibility lightly. While in Birmingham, she held a multitude of positions from closing coordinator and agent administrator, manager to the top producing office in Homewood, new agent director , and additionally a full-time real estate agent. During this time, she was not only awarded Employee of the year, but the LAH “Movers and Shakers” award for making the largest margin of improvement in production for the company. As New Agent Director, Annalee learned that she has a passion for teaching and that doesn’t end with other agents. She believes that knowledge is power (especially in the current market) and takes the time to mentor her clients about the process while listening to their wants and needs to work together and find them the best deal possible. She takes that attention to detail and care into every transaction she has. Real Estate is an ever-changing industry and she is a firm believer of constantly learning to adapt to give her clients the best possible experience and to win in a highly competitive market. With Birmingham being one of the most aggressive sellers market in the state, she plans to take her vast knowledge of multiple offer situations and aggressive tactics to get her clients the most for their money regardless of what side of the transaction they are on.
Annalee and her husband, Rob have been spending time on the Eastern Shore for the last 10+ years visiting his family. To anyone who has ever visited Fairhope, it is no surprise that she fell in love with the area, and they decided to move here full time. While working in Real Estate Annalee is simultaneously helping her husband manage their private label candle manufacturing business (a wholesale division of The Bay Candle on Scenic 98). As avid outdoorsmen, they enjoy spending their time on Magnolia and Fish River, where they live with their black lab Avery.
