Hello! My name is Courtney Fox Osborne. I am a native of New Orleans, LA and a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Journalism. I’ve been working in real estate development in Baldwin County for the last 10 years and have been a licensed AL Realtor since 2011. As a member of Local Property, Inc., I work with Buyers and Sellers in Mobile & Baldwin County and am eager to answer any questions you have to assist with any and all of your property or land needs.

My hobbies include: running with the local Bay Area Running Club; philanthropy work with the Eastern Shore Junior Auxiliary, Camp Rap-a-Hope & Prodisee Pantry; serving on Daphne’s Downtown Redevelopment Authority (DRA); and spending time with my husband, Brad, (Daphne Elementary teacher) and 6-yr-old son, Fox. I’m also honored to have represented the AL Eastern Shore in the 2018 Boston Marathon!
